What is a domain name?
This would be your website name www.thenameofyourchurch.com
Do have more options for promoting my book?
Yes. We can customize a plan for your book promotion. Also, after you purchase a package you will be included in our book promo email series which will weekly give you tips on how to promote your book on your own free of cost.
What is hosting?
After your website is built it needs to have a place where it lives. This is the hosting. We will host you on our server where you will not only have a place for your website but we will also manage all software updates and protect your site with our malware protection plan. This is all a part of your hosting with us. Most companies don’t do this. They will host you but they don’t do software updates or offer malware protection so you would then need to figure out how to do software updates and protect yourself from hackers. We want you to spend the time growing your ministry or selling your book instead of worry about your website.
What if I don’t have any of my content written?
That’s OK. Take your time. Also if you are not good at writing one of our writers can write all your content for you at a nominal fee.
What is the process?
Immediately following your payment you will receive an email which will let you know what we need from you. You will also be assigned a representative that will guide you through the process if you get stuck. The rep will communicate mostly through emails but we can be reached by phone as well. After submission of all your information we will then start working on your website and have everything completed in your package within 2 weeks.
What if I already have a logo?
We’ll use whatever you already have.
What is you refund policy?
Up until the point of submitting all your information to us you will receive 100% refund. Once we enter the 2 week process it will depend on how far we are into the work. If we’ve already purchased the domain and started or completed a part of your design you will only get a partial refund. Once we send you all the work for review there will be no refunds since we’ve already completed the work.
What if I don’t like the design?
Nothing is finalized until you are 100% happy and you sign off on it. Throughout the entire process you will be sent emails with design and layout options, you get to choose all your colors. So you see nothing will actually get completed without your final stamp of approval.
